HELP-CAR provides individual transport of selected lifts, aerial work platforms and compact special-purpose vehicles. The service is intended for construction, maintenance and installation companies, warehouses, rental businesses, facility managers and industrial operators.
Transport feasibility is confirmed only after the specific model has been checked. Machines that look similar can differ significantly in weight, width, transport height and centre of gravity.
We do not transport large cranes, heavy access platforms, oversized equipment or machines requiring specialist low-loader transport.
Which lifts and special-purpose machines can be assessed?
We can assess compact scissor lifts, small articulated boom lifts, selected telescopic boom lifts, self-propelled aerial work platforms, compact municipal machines, industrial equipment and other special-purpose machines compatible with the platform.
A machine category alone is not sufficient to confirm transport. A lift with a modest working height may still be heavy, while its folded structure may exceed the permissible transport height.
Working height and transport height
For access platforms, working height, platform height, folded machine height and total transport height are different measurements.
The quotation requires the height of the machine in its fully folded transport configuration, not its maximum working height.
The basket, boom, guardrails, outriggers and other movable parts must be folded in accordance with the manufacturer’s transport instructions.
What information is required?
Provide:
- make and model;
- actual operating weight;
- transport length;
- width;
- fully folded height;
- working height separately;
- machine type;
- position of boom, basket and guardrails;
- information about outriggers;
- wheel condition;
- whether the machine starts, drives and steers;
- battery charge level;
- information about leaks;
- photographs from all sides;
- photographs of collection and delivery access.
Collection from warehouses, ports and industrial sites
Lifts are often located inside warehouses, logistics centres, ports and controlled-access industrial sites. Before arrival, confirm the correct gate, contact person, entry procedures, security requirements, height restrictions and positioning space.
The HELP-CAR vehicle is approximately 2.3 m high. A higher gate does not automatically guarantee access because gradients, turns, overhead structures and manoeuvring space must also be considered.
A discharged battery must be reported before departure because it may change the loading method.
Platform limits and price
The HELP-CAR platform has a capacity of up to 5 t, a length of 6.2 m and a width of 2.3 m.
The approximate transported-machine height without additional permits may be up to 3.3 m, but total loaded height must be checked.
Transport will not be confirmed where weight is unknown or exceeds the platform capacity, the machine cannot be folded safely, projecting parts prevent securing, there is a leak, access is unsuitable or a crane or heavy-haul vehicle is required.
The price is agreed before departure based on distance, dimensions, machine type, condition and access.
