Which commercial vans can we recover?
We provide roadside assistance and transport for immobilised commercial vehicles, including:
- delivery vans
- curtain-side vans
- refrigerated vans
- box-body vans
- high light commercial vehicles
- vans immobilised after a breakdown or collision
Every job is confirmed after checking the vehicle’s weight, dimensions, condition and current photographs.
Commercial van recovery after a breakdown or collision
We transport delivery vans that cannot continue because of an engine failure, gearbox fault, running-gear damage, electrical fault, collision or another technical problem.
Before dispatch, provide the location, make and model, permitted gross vehicle weight, best available actual weight, length, width, height and current photographs.
Tell us in advance if a wheel, the suspension or steering system is damaged, as this affects loading and transport feasibility.
Towing and flatbed transport for delivery vans
The recovery method depends on the vehicle’s condition and dimensions. When towing on its own wheels is unsafe, the van is transported on the flatbed after technical assessment.
We do not transport tractor units, semitrailers or heavy trucks exceeding the platform’s capabilities.
Platform specifications
- platform payload: up to 5 t
- platform length: 6.2 m
- platform width: 2.3 m
- maximum transported vehicle or load height: up to 3.3 m without additional permits
Transport is confirmed only after assessing actual weight, total dimensions, wheelbase, overhangs, vehicle condition and safe loading requirements.
We also check the loading condition, wheels and suspension and whether the vehicle can roll, steer or be winched safely onto the flatbed.
A weight below 5 t does not automatically mean that the vehicle can be loaded safely.
Roadside assistance in Tricity and on the A1, S6 and S7
We accept requests from Gdańsk, Gdynia, Sopot and nearby areas. Attendance on the A1 motorway and the S6 and S7 expressways is confirmed after checking the exact section, direction of travel and current availability.
